Real Estate Associate

Higgs LLP is growing its Real Estate team and is looking for an Associate at the early stage of their post‑qualification career. You’ll join a friendly, fast‑paced department working on high‑quality commercial property matters, managing your own smaller transactions while supporting senior lawyers on high‑value and complex projects.

What you’ll do

• Handle a broad range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property management work
• Draft, review and negotiate key property documents
• Carry out due diligence and manage enquiries
• Support senior colleagues on major projects
• Independently manage smaller matters, building strong client relationships
