The Opportunity

Join a market-leading Real Estate Disputes team as part of an ambitious growth strategy. This is a rare chance to work on high-value, complex litigation matters for an impressive client base including major retailers, landlords, developers, and financial institutions.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious property work including:

• Lease renewals and rent reviews
• Dilapidations claims
• Break notices, forfeiture and possession actions
• Insolvency‑related property matters
• Professional negligence claims

Working alongside 2 Partners and a strong team of Managing Associates and peers, you’ll run your own matters with supervision whilst supporting on precedent-setting and cross-border cases. Early responsibility is encouraged within a genuinely supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• UK Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Real Estate Disputes
• Strong technical skills with commercial awareness
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
• Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a busy, high‑performing environment
