Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical business and we are actively seeking an Interim Project Coordinator to join the business in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Support senior leadership in planning, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including agendas, status reports, and action logs
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions
- Organize and support meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and key outcomes
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Track budgets, resources, and project performance metrics as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project coordination processes and tools
Key Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years relevant experience
