Band 6 Pharmacist Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 17:15pm Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite only Rate £24 – £32 per hour (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 pharmacist to join the friendly and supportive pharmacy team at this NHS Trust, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care across the inpatient and outpatient dispensary services This role is ideal for newly qualified or early-career pharmacists who are ready to build solid clinical and operational experience in a busy hospital environment.
Performing clinical screening of prescriptions to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective us of medicines Providing tailored patient counselling to promote understanding, adherence, and safe us of prescribed treatments Working collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and assistants to maintain high standards of dispensing and supply Supporting the delivery of a patient-centred service in line with hospital policies and national guidelines
