We’re partnering with a market leading real estate consultancy on a standout opportunity managing an iconic London development. This without question is one of London’s most successful and high profile regeneration projects.

Over the past two decades, this area has been transformed into a vibrant, mixed-use destination spanning offices, retail, leisure, residential, and public realm. This is your chance to play a key role in managing a flagship Central London portfolio.

The Opportunity

Join a high performing property management team and take ownership of a prime commercial portfolio. This is a high visibility, commercially focused role, far beyond traditional, reactive property management.

You’ll be working at the heart of a “best-in-class” estate, engaging directly with occupiers and contributing to overall asset performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across commercial assets
  • Leading service charge budgeting, reconciliation & financial control (RICS aligned)
  • Acting as a key contact for occupiers, clients & stakeholders
  • Driving occupier engagement and customer experience
  • Monitoring KPIs, reporting, and asset performance
  • Managing lease events, critical dates & compliance
  • Overseeing H&S in collaboration with FM teams
  • Conducting regular site inspections and attending client meetings
  • Supporting wider business initiatives and cross service collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience at Senior Surveyor or Associate level)
  • Strong commercial property management background (ideally Central London)
  • Experience managing service charge budgets & multi-let assets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • High attention to detail with a hands on approach

Why This Role?

  • Work on one of London’s most iconic estates
  • Be part of a “best-in-class” mixed-use environment
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Gain exposure to a flagship portfolio with strong career progression
  • Clear pathway into more strategic, client facing leadership roles
  • Opportunity to elevate your personal brand & earning capabilities

If you’re looking to step into a flagship Central London portfolio and elevate your career within a market leading environment, we’d love to hear from you.
