Job Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities.
• Gather, analyse, and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Define end-to-end IAM/IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with governance models and control ownership frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Support system integration activities, including testing, user adoption, and training related to IGA product enhancements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
