Business Analyst (Insurance – London Market)

We’re supporting a global consultancy delivering a major transformation programme for a leading specialty insurer, and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong London Market expertise.

This is a key role focused on the implementation of a Websure PAS platform

The Role

• Lead requirements gathering for a new PAS platform implementation (Websure)
• Document end-to-end workflows, screen designs, business data, and transformation from legacy to new systems
• Work across greenfield, brownfield, and migration initiatives
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Support delivery across complex, multi-stream insurance programmes

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering IT / digital projects
• Strong London Market experience is essential
• 4+ years working within a London Market Specialty Insurer
• Proven experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
• Ability to document workflows, data models, and system transformations
• Experience operating as a Technical Business Analyst
