What You’ll Be Doing: Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small team of 8+ customer service stars. Being the go-to person for your team and a key escalation point. Ensuring service is smooth, efficient, and professional across all customer touchpoints. Building strong relationships across departments and with external partners. Driving continuous improvement projects to make work smarter, not harder. Holding team huddles, giving feedback, and supporting development.
What We’re Looking For:~ A natural leader who’s approachable, professional, and supportive.~ Strong communicator who can handle emails, calls, and meetings with ease.~ Tech-savvy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems.~ Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.~3+ years in customer service; leadership experience is a bonus!
