Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create designs for print, web, and multimedia projects including graphics, layouts and information architecture
• Cooperate with internal departments for data collection and researching design trends
• Present designs to managers and clients for approval
• Take feedback from clients and stakeholders and make adjustments as necessary
• Utilize industry software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic tools
• Monitor the production of designs and make corrections when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company standards related to branding, design, typography and layout
• Respond to requests for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signs, logos, websites and other visual communication materials
• Develop concept designs for campaigns or branding initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Working knowledge of software programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Ability to communicate visually through excellent layout and production skills
• Critical thinker who can solve problems creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
