Job Title: HCPC-Registered Clinician – Neurodevelopmental Assessments (ADOS, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia)

We’re expanding our Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic Hubs and are looking for skilled HCPC-registered clinicians to deliver face-to-face assessments across the UK.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for conducting structured, high-quality assessments using tools such as:
- ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
- DIVA / ACE / QbTest
- Motor coordination / Dyspraxia (DCD) assessments
- Literacy/cognitive screening (as required)
Your role will include:
✅ Clinical assessment
✅ Background review
✅ Diagnostic report writing
✅ Participation in MDT discussions
✅ Providing clear recommendations for school, workplace, and DSA adjustments
✅ Requirements
- HCPC registration (Occupational Therapist or SLT)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- 2+ years experience using structured neurodevelopmental tools
- Experience with dyspraxia/DCD assessments
- Able to provide clear adjustment recommendations
- Comfortable working face-to-face in assessment hubs
Service Tiers & Fees – Dyspraxia, Dyslexia
You can deliver one or more of the following service tiers — all work is outside IR35 :
Tier 1 – Diagnostic Only | £405 per case
- Full neurodevelopmental assessment
- Formal diagnostic report (EHCP, workplace, university standard)
Tier 2 – Diagnostic + Adjustment Report | £585 per case
- Includes Tier 1
- Tailored adjustment report (for DSA , EHCP , Access to Work )
Tier 3 – Diagnostic + Adjustment Report + Coaching | £675 per case
- Includes Tier 2
- One 60-minute neurodiversity coaching session (remote – confidence, advocacy, practical strategies)
ADOS-Only Assessments | £400 per completed assessment
