Senior Deputy Head (Pastoral)

Role Overview

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced senior or middle leader to work with the Head of The Aldenham Foundation on exciting strategic changes and development.

Responsibilities

• Senior Deputy Head reports to the Head of the Foundation and deputises for the Head in their absence.
• Act as the designated school leader (DSL) across the foundation.
• Collaborate with a Lead DDSL and the wider team of DDSLs to support pastoral care.
• Resident role; expected to be on site during term time and serve as Deputy Head Pastoral.
