At MJV we provide flowers for corporate events, weddings, film premiers and brand activations. We are passionate about excellence. Our company continues to grow year after year, and we are proud to work with interesting and varied clients on challenging and exciting briefs. We operate from our studio in Battersea in South West London, and work mostly in and around London.
As a Studio Manager you will be the backbone of every event, making sure the studio runs smoothly, whilst empowering the team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the full operational workflow for each event
• Scheduling and coordinating florists, drivers and vehicles
• Taking responsibility for the upkeep and readiness of our vans
• Overseeing props and equipment logistics
• Delegating individual jobs to our Head Florists and supporting them to deliver
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our studio
• Acting as a backup driver for on-site emergencies when needed
• Implementing and upholding efficient, methodical processes across the team
• Problem-solving in real time to keep every event on track

A great atmosphere is just as important to us as a perfectly executed event.
About you:
• At least 5 years proven experience in a flower event company (not a flower retail shop).
• Detailed, efficient, excellent at following and implementing systems.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and takes full ownership. A good leader.
• Full UK driving licence
• London-based and flexible around event schedules
