Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) – Basingstoke Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + Up to 10% BonusAn established and well-regarded high street firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its friendly and collaborative team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, handling a high-quality and varied caseload.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced fee earners on a range of real estate matters, with responsibility for your own files as well as supporting on more complex transactions.The caseload will include:Commercial property transactionsSales and acquisitionsLandlord and tenant mattersLeases and property management work

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervisionDrafting and negotiating legal documentsLiaising with clients, agents, and third partiesSupporting senior solicitors on more complex mattersEnsuring transactions are progressed efficiently and to a high standard

About You

Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in real estate/commercial propertyStrong technical knowledge and attention to detailExcellent communication and client care skillsA team-oriented and proactive approach
