I’m currently working on a key senior hire for a Senior Director of Delivery to join a well-established, fast-paced agency environment in Manchester.
This is a pivotal role for the business and one that will play a central part in shaping how delivery is structured, scaled and executed moving forward. You’ll be joining at a point where there’s real momentum, with the opportunity to influence both the strategic direction and the day-to-day performance of delivery across multiple client programmes.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience leading large-scale delivery functions within a digital or marketing agency environment
- Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving performance across multiple workstreams
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, setting direction while staying close to delivery
- Experience working within complex organisational structures, managing stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially aware, with a focus on delivery excellence, client satisfaction and growth
- Confident leading, developing and scaling teams in a fast-moving environment
