Customer Advisor

Location: B&Q Cannock Wood, England, United Kingdom

Hours: Various hours available up to 27.5 hours per week, shifts Monday – Sunday 7:00am – 10:00pm. Permanent contract.

Hourly rate: Notional £12.71 per hour.

What’s the job?

  • Become an expert advisor and guide customers on home improvement projects.
  • Drive sales while managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great.
  • Receive training in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the main aim.

What We Need

  • Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about home improvement.
  • Eager to learn and willing to use new technology and ways of working.
  • Team player, flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
