Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead – Data Centre

South East

£100-130k + package

This rapidly expanding specialist international contractor is looking for a senior commercial professional for its UK business.

Based in the South East, the successful applicant can expect to develop and lead teams working on high profile Data Centre projects.

Working closely with the commercial and engineering teams, clients, and key stakeholders, the Commercial Manager lead day to day activities on large scale Data Centre projects, with a particular focus on high-voltage electrical engineering.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior commercial role
• Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
• Data Centre and/or HV project experience is preferable, although experience of similarly large and complex schemes is also of interest
