Our Internationally operating Newark based Client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Service team on a full-time basis for a 12 month FTC.

Your main duties will be scheduling engineers to maximise productivity within the department.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor will include:

  • Own the communication with the customer at all stages in house and field jobs, providing timely updates and information
  • Communicate effectively with all internal departments
  • Get feedback on the company service
  • Allocate a team member to a task as and when required
  • Schedule maintenance appointments as needed
  • Use SAP to make sure customers invoices are correct

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Customer Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service by phone and email
  • The ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Be adaptable to change
  • Good working knowledge of CRM/SAP Systems
