Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the College Office Manager will lead, manage and develop the Administration team, ensuring the College Office operates as a highly effective, professional and responsive service.
The role requires a confident and visible leader who can influence, motivate and support staff, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with senior leaders, teaching staff and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will shape administrative practice across the College and embed high standards of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in administration.

- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office procedures.
- Experience in education is desirable.
