Derby (Studio-based)

Full time (Monday -Friday)

At BULKHEAD, we’re looking for a commercially driven Finance Partner to join our team in Derby and play a key role in how we plan, track, and grow the studio. This is a hands‑on, business-facing role where you’ll turn financial data into clear, actionable insight, working closely with production teams and leadership to support decision‑making across multiple projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with teams to track spend and improve performance
• Provide insight on project profitability and studio KPIs
• Support board reporting, audit, and strategic planning

What we’re looking for

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in management accounts, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Strong Excel skills and stakeholder confidence
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
• No games industry experience required, just a willingness to learn!
