- Experience influencing technical strategy and working closely with senior stakeholders
- Proven capability in leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing engineering teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a structured and analytical approach to complex challenges
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical specialists and wider business functions
