The business operates as a leading provider in the design, manufacturing and construction sector utilising the latest technology to deliver market‑leading quality. The business is in a period of growth as they move into new regions and evolve their offering in current markets with an increase in revenue in 2025 by 30%. The business has recently invested in facilities to strengthen regional supply chains and cost management and will continue to grow in the coming years. Culturally, the business emphasises innovation, sustainability and customer partnerships, investing heavily in utilising the latest technology to enhance customer experience with innovative design.
They are looking for a Head of Finance to be the number 2 to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Run the day‑to‑day finance department as number 2 to the Finance Director.
- Lead all statutory accounting, tax and compliance.
- Oversee all transactional finance.
- Transform systems and processes through automation.
- Lead the period end close.
- Lead the year‑end audit.
Qualifications
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Demonstrable experience within an international organisation with various jurisdictions.
- Strong financial control and commercial finance experience.
- Able to lead the day‑to‑day running of the finance department.
- Able to create and foster a great culture.
- Demonstrable experience in automating processes.
- Able to thrive within a growing business and change environment.
- Strong business partner who can influence, challenge and bring stakeholders on a journey.
- USGAAP knowledge.
Job Offer
The Head of Finance role comes with a competitive base salary commensurate with experience – £95,000‑£115,000.
