Senior Business Analyst – KYC / CDD (Banking)

I am hiring for Senior Business Analyst (KYC / CDD/Onboarding/Banking/Fintech)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to gather and document requirements using Agile tools
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to define business needs and translate them into structured requirements
• Perform detailed functional, data, and impact analysis with clear acceptance criteria
• Support KYC, onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes within a wholesale banking environment
• Create visual artefacts such as process maps, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure clarity in delivery
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the project lifecycle
