Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week (with half-day finish on Fridays)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to lead and develop quality systems, ensuring products meet the highest standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
• Manage and develop the quality team
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
