Your Role as Strategic Finance Business Partner – Growth & City Development
- Strategic financial leadership across growth, regeneration, housing and planning portfolios
- Capital programme oversight including business cases, investment appraisals and funding strategies
- Commercial insight on land, property and development opportunities
- Senior partnering & influence with directors, members and external partners
- Team leadership & governance, ensuring strong control, risk management and value for money
Your previous experience as Strategic Finance Business Partner – Growth & City Development
- Senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation
- Proven capital & regeneration finance background with large‑scale programmes
- Expert business case development and investment appraisal skills
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management
- Track record of leading teams and delivering transformation
