MacGregor Black are partnering with a global food manufacturing business on the search for an International Rewards Business Partner. This is a high-impact, visible role operating across Europe and wider international markets, supporting a business with significant scale, heritage, and ambitious growth plans.

As International Rewards Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders and business leaders, shaping and delivering compensation and benefits strategies that enable the organisation to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will bridge global frameworks with local market realities, ensuring reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on compensation activities including job evaluation, benchmarking, and pay structure design
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support complex hiring and reward decisions
  • Drive consistency and internal equity across multiple markets while balancing local nuances
  • Oversee benefits governance across international markets, including programme design, cost modelling, and competitiveness
  • Support and deliver annual reward processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles, performance-related rewards)
  • Lead and deliver reward projects across international markets, including regulatory and compliance initiatives
  • Provide data-driven insights and modelling to support business-critical decision making
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits within an international or global organisation
  • Strong knowledge of European reward practices and regulatory landscape
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed environments
  • Advanced analytical capability, with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior level
  • Experience balancing strategic project work with operational delivery
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link reward decisions to business outcomes
