You will oversee day-to-day customer service activities, supporting the resolution of customer queries, service or billing enquiries, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer supportDeveloping apprentices within the team and supporting their professional growthOverseeing team skills development and coordinating training initiativesManaging government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programmesSupporting the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolioAssisting in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projectsProviding support across domestic and commercial heating product linesEnsuring accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications What We’re Looking ForExperience in customer service and/or pre-sales supportPrevious team leadership or supervisory experienceStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approachInterest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)Minimum Requirements:IT SkillsPeople skillsTime management skillsCommunication and presentation skillsAn understanding of government schemes an advantage but full training will be given.An understanding of ASHP’s an advantage but full training will be givenCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
