You’ll define system architectures, develop design solutions, and ensure integration of complex subsystems into operational platforms. You’ll work closely with systems engineers, mechanical teams, production, and customers to translate requirements into validated designs that meet both engineering standards and real‑world operational needs. This includes integrating technologies such as ECM/EECM, tactical communications (including BOWMAN), and situational awareness systems into armoured vehicles. You’ll also play a key role in verification and validation activities, configuration control, and engineering change processes, ensuring designs are robust, compliant, and ready for deployment.
