Are you an experienced IT/Cloud Technician looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We are seeking a skilled individual to join a busy IT Helpdesk, providing exceptional remote and telephone 1st line support to a wide client base. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing client queries, and contributing to a knowledge-sharing environment.
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems.
* Perform Microsoft 365 Administration and Cloud troubleshooting.
* Proven experience in a 1st line support or IT Helpdesk role.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
* A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
