• Build and manage high-impact early careers programmes, embedding best practice HR and talent development frameworks within a fast-paced hedge fund environment.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape the function, operating effectively in ambiguity while driving structure, governance and execution excellence.
Experience requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head of Early Careers or a senior Early Careers/Talent Acquisition leader ready to step into a standalone leadership role.
• Strong background in designing and delivering early careers programmes within financial services or similarly high-performance, complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, transformation-focused settings while bringing structure, best practice and stakeholder confidence.
