About the Role
A highly regarded regional firm with a strong footprint across Wiltshire is looking to expand its Corporate team. The firm has built a solid reputation advising local businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs, with a steady stream of transactional and advisory work.
The team is known for being approachable and commercially focused, often acting as long-term advisors to their clients rather than purely transactional lawyers. This creates a more relationship-driven working environment with repeat work and strong client interaction.
The role will involve:
- Advising on company sales, acquisitions and restructures
- Drafting shareholder agreements and corporate documents
- Supporting business owners with strategic decisions
- Working closely with other departments on cross-referral work
- Building strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with Corporate experience
- Be confident working with owner-managed businesses
- Have strong communication skills
- Be looking to build long-term client relationships
