Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments
- Coordinate meeting logistics (venue, materials, invitations)
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle emails, correspondence, and basic communication when required
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Record basic meeting notes and follow up on simple action items
- Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Basic administrative or secretarial experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage
