Are you a newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify soon, with an interest in dispute resolution?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 team where you can build your career from day one, with genuine support, quality work, and clear progression.
You will be joining a collaborative and approachable team that is passionate about developing junior lawyers. Whether you have completed a litigation seat or are looking to specialise, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial and property disputes, with close support from experienced solicitors and partners.
What you will be doing:
- Managing your own caseload with support, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation
- Assisting on complex and high-value matters, including shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims
- Working closely with senior team members who will mentor and guide your development
- Building relationships with clients and gaining valuable client-facing experience early in your career
- Getting involved in networking and business development activities as your confidence grows
About you:
- Newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE
- Ideally some exposure to litigation during training, though not essential
- Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to learn
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Organised, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
- Interested in developing a long-term career in dispute resolution
