Flexible on exact hours with a minimum 30 hours per week

Home Based – South / South West England / Midlands

Absolute location is not essential for the right candidate however the role will require travel to meetings. Ideally living in the M3, M4, M5 area

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be required to develop new business within Foodservice, focusing mainly on Universities and Hospitals, plus Wholesalers at depot level through the Wholesaler Sales Teams
  • Responsible for promoting our client brands, generating sales over the phone, on Teams calls and face-to-face
  • You will be part of a dynamic team, but must be able to work alone in order to generate your own leads and increase the customer base
  • Accountable for maintaining the database of contacts and updates for reporting purposes

As a Business Development Manager in FusionFSM, you will be an integral part of our team and will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic and engaging
  • An outgoing personality, using their own initiative within a highly focused team in a growing Foodservice dedicated business

The Person:

  • Experience of face-to-face sales within the Foodservice sector
  • Confident telephone manner
  • An efficient planner, good time manager who works productively
  • Clear evidence and success in winning and developing existing and new business
  • Good administrative and IT skills
