Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, Negotiable depending on experience.

Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30.

Proven experience in Industrial Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Motivation and leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals and objectives.
