You’ll be joining our established New Homes desk (over 15 years!). It’s a high-performing, fast-paced area within residential real estate, covering a wide range of roles from sales through to marketing, across all levels. It’s a busy desk with huge opportunity, strong existing relationships, and plenty of scope to make your mark.
This market is all about people – networking, building relationships, and becoming a true specialist in your space.

What are we looking for?
- 1-5 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally within new homes or residential real estate)
- Alternatively, experience working on a fast-paced, transactional desk where you’re used to managing multiple processes
- Someone who enjoys being out in the market – meeting people face-to-face and building networks
- Commercial, proactive, and someone who thinks outside the box
- A natural relationship builder who thrives in a people-led environment
- A team player who brings energy, ideas, and a positive mindset
