Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + benefits

We’re looking for a proactive, committed Health & Safety Manager with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a NEBOSH Certificate. You will bring a strong track record of developing and delivering effective safety strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and guiding teams to maintain a safe and well‑managed working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk assessments.
• Uphold and continually improve safety standards.
• Ensure teams remain fully compliant with legislation and internal procedures.
• Promote a positive safety culture and encourage proactive behaviours.
• Build effective working relationships across the business to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and influential leadership.
