The business development team works with fast-growing businesses in both the B2B and B2C sectors.

We operate in over 120 countries and help over 1,000 clients expand into new markets and territories every month. Because our service has such transparent ROI, we work closely with our partners to build them a scalable and profitable channel of new business. Our business development managers work with clients to help them improve close rates and support their teams to make sure they get the most from our leads.

The Role

The first three months will be focused on building the foundations required to then become a Business Development Manager. You’ll be part of an intensive training programme that will equip you with the skills you need to achieve at MVF.

The sales academy is a fast‑track programme designed for ambitious individuals who want an accelerated career path in international sales. The scheme combines one‑to‑one coaching from our leading sales directors with inspiring classroom‑based training, covering every aspect of sales from how to close a deal, to how to maximise your existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and building a pipeline of multinational clients
  • Unique combination of new business and account management
  • Developing new business via the phone, networking and face‑to‑face
  • Expanding existing clients into new territories
  • Launching new verticals, finding new revenue streams for the business
  • Building close relationships with our technology and digital marketing teams

  • Passing all stages of the sales academy with flying colours
  • Identifying fantastic, high‑growth potential prospects and developing a high‑value pipeline
  • Achieving and exceeding all growth targets

Starting salary from £30,000 + commission
