Warehouse Operatives

Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to work for our client based in Portbury, Bristol (BS20). Full‑time work Monday to Friday.

Shift Times

• Morning – 06:00 AM to 14:30 PM
• Day – 09:00 AM to 17:30 PM
• Afternoon – 14:30 PM to 23:00 PM
• Night – 18:00 PM to 02:30 AM

Weekly pay: £13.50–£14.50 per hour, dependant on shift time.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble orders within a cold storage warehouse at temperatures below freezing.
• Use a voice picking system to pick stock accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles safely.
• Rotate and replace stock, reporting any damages or discrepancies to the line manager.
• Move stock to required points within the warehouse, handling heavy lifting.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment handling frozen goods.
• Comply with on‑site health and safety requirements, wearing appropriate PPE provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working in a multitemperature warehouse.
• Must have safety boots and hi‑vis.
