Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and consistently achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include field sales, managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs.

What we’re looking for:

We want someone who’s hungry to sell, knows the landscape, and genuinely wants to be part of what we’re building. If that’s you, here’s what we’d expect you to bring:

  • Sales experience, ideally in food, FMCG, or grocery.
  • Strong knowledge of the Asian ethnic retail channel: You know the stores, the products, and the buyers.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a field-based territory independently, without needing to be chased.
  • Basic Excel and sales reporting skills.
  • Hindi preferred; Punjabi or Gujarati is a plus.
  • UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
