Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader.
  • Lead senior‑level (“Top‑to‑Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long‑term agreements.
  • Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict.
  • Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions.
  • Manage working capital performance, including accounts receivable, forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation.
  • Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives and continuous profitability improvements.

Major Challenges

  • Sustaining margin performance amid volatile commodity pricing and foreign exchange movements.
  • Coordinating complex multi‑site, cross‑regional operations without direct reporting authority.
  • Navigating and resolving cross‑division commercial conflicts.
  • Balancing aggressive growth goals with capital and working‑capital discipline.

What We Want From You

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
  • Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue).
  • Experience managing multi‑regional customer or business structures.
  • Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred.
