Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader.
- Lead senior‑level (“Top‑to‑Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long‑term agreements.
- Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict.
- Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions.
- Manage working capital performance, including accounts receivable, forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation.
- Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives and continuous profitability improvements.

- Sustaining margin performance amid volatile commodity pricing and foreign exchange movements.
- Coordinating complex multi‑site, cross‑regional operations without direct reporting authority.
- Navigating and resolving cross‑division commercial conflicts.
- Balancing aggressive growth goals with capital and working‑capital discipline.

What We Want From You
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership.
- Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue).
- Experience managing multi‑regional customer or business structures.
- Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred.
