Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Development Manager role is based in Liverpool. The manager will oversee the sales process, develop strategies to generate leads, manage and mentor a sales team, and drive the achievement of sales targets and goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, streamlining operations, and actively engaging with potential customers to build relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Relationship‑Building
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Client Prospecting
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations management
  • Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data to guide decision‑making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic on‑site environment
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools and CRM systems is a plus
