Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Data Investigation team to support the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and reliability of patient and operational data held within Trust systems.
• The post holder will monitor and validate data quality, correct errors, support improvement projects, monitor team inbox and provide guidance and informal training to staff as appropriate.
• Promoting and ensuring all Digital Health Records are managed to the required data quality standards.
