Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager supports the smooth running of the preconstruction function and plays an important role in helping the business secure work. The role focuses on managing enquiries, coordinating bids, supporting the estimating process, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and clients. By organising information, preparing high-quality submissions, and keeping key stakeholders updated, the role helps ensure the company presents itself professionally, responds efficiently to opportunities, and maintains a consistent pipeline of projects.
