The Opportunity
We are looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to work closely with our Director, leading the successful delivery of complex, global retail technology programmes.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership role where you will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, IT Directors and C-suite stakeholders
- Oversee enterprise governance and programme reporting
- Lead distributed and offshore delivery teams
- Drive successful implementation of retail and ecommerce technology solutions
You will play a key role in ensuring our enterprise clients realise the full value of Enactor’s platform.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a senior delivery professional who brings gravitas, commercial awareness, and a strong track record in enterprise programme leadership.
- ✅ 10+ years in Software Delivery / Programme Management
- ✅ Proven experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders and governance structures
- ✅ Strong experience delivering complex technical programmes
- ✅ Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams
- ✅ Background in retail, ecommerce, or unified commerce environments
