Specialist Oral Surgeon / Implant Dentist – Milton Keynes (1 Day to Start – Fully Private)
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a passionate and highly skilled Specialist Oral Surgeon, Implant Dentist, or Dentist with a Special Interest in Oral Surgery to join our modern, forward-thinking, fully private practice in Milton Keynes. This position starts with 1 day per week, intending to increase as the patient list grows.
You’ll Provide High-quality Treatment, Including
- Surgical extractions (wisdom teeth, impacted canines, exposed & bonded cases)
- Dental implants (from single units to full-arch cases, including All-on-4, sinus lifts, and block grafting)
You’ll be taking over an existing list of established patients while working closely with a Treatment Coordinator to grow your patient base through both internal and external referrals.

You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians, in a calm, supportive, and professional environment, treating a diverse and high-net-worth patient base.
Essential Requirements
- GDC Registered (Specialist registration or strong experience in oral surgery/implants)
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Proven success in managing oral surgery and implant referrals
- Confident, engaging, and ethical approach to patient care
- Energetic and motivated to build and retain your own patient list
- Long-term commitment to growing within the practice
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in full‑mouth implant rehabilitation and immediate loading
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Minimum 4 years post‑graduate experience
- Prior experience in a private dental setting
