Senior Employment Lawyer (5+ PQE +) | London
We are instructed by a City firm looking to recruit a Senior Employment Lawyer to join its established and well-resourced employment team.
The employment team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will involve advising on reorganisations, disciplinaries and grievances, TUPE, employment status issues, and day-to-day advisory work. You will also support on M&A transactions and due diligence, draft key employment documentation (including contracts, policies, consultancy agreements, NDAs and settlement agreements), and handle Tribunal and Court matters.
Experience of the Employment Tribunal process is important.
The successful candidate will have between 5–10 years’ PQE in employment law, with solid experience advising employer clients. Exposure to advising senior employees would be advantageous.
The team is looking for someone technically strong and academically robust, who is confident advising clients with minimal supervision
