Our client is expanding its Private Equity and Acquisition Finance London offering and is accordingly looking for a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join the Banking team. You will work on complex, high-value transactions for a national and international client base, collaborating with a full-service team across Banking and Corporate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value and innovative transactions for a diverse client base, spanning national and international markets. You will collaborate within a full-service team of partners, associates, trainees and paralegals, contributing to market-leading deals in the mid-market Leveraged and Acquisition Finance space.
Core responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of Leveraged and Acquisition Finance transactions
- Work closely with colleagues across Banking and Corporate teams on cross-practice matters
- Play an active role in client relationship management, marketing and business development initiatives
- Contribute to delivering commercially focused, pragmatic legal solutions
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements for the role
- 5+ PQE from a leading regional or international firm
- Strong experience in mid-market Leveraged/ Acquisition finance
- Broad transactional and general Banking experience
- Excellent academics
- Commercially driven with strong client focus.
