HR Operations Team Leader
Birmingham – hybrid working, 2 days in office
Up to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits
Middlemore are currently partnering with a global B2B organisation to hire a HR Operations Team Leader – a hands-on, change-focused leader who can shape and elevate a shared services model.
This is a newly defined role where you will lead a HR Operations team covering the UK and US, playing a pivotal role in the shift to Workday and the transition to a streamlined, tiered HR support model. You’ll drive operational excellence, enhance employee experience, and champion process standardisation and knowledge management, whilst remaining closely involved in day-to-day delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading HR Operations teams
- Strong operational focus with the confidence to lead transformation and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting new systems implementation (Workday highly desirable)
- Exposure to international environments (particularly the US or Europe)
- Collaborative, credible, and agile leadership style
