Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks Packages

Can be LTD Company Status (outside IR35) or Permanent and salaried with package.

Role will be treated as long term and permanent; if LTD Co a professional services contract will be offered.

PERMANENT Salary up to £82,000 + Package.

LTD CO Rate – negotiable.

Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m – £6m.

Should be self‑sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, office and home working.

  • Sites are within 30 miles of Birmingham and surrounding areas.
  • Reporting to Commercial Director.
  • Working for a very established business.
  • All clients are large blue‑chip construction organisations.
