Proposal Writer

I’m currently working with a global investment manager looking to hire a talented RFP writer to support their institutional and wholesale business.

This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders to create compelling, high-quality RFP content for client opportunities. You’ll be involved in producing tailored RFP responses, managing multiple projects, and helping shape how the firm presents its fixed income capabilities to the market.

Responsibilities of RFP Writer

• Creating clear, engaging written content for client-facing materials
• Partnering with investment, risk and distribution teams to gather insights
• Continuously improving content quality and internal processes

Experience required of RFP Writer

• Broad exposure across a diverse fixed income offering
• High visibility across the business
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong scope for development and progression

Ideal background of RFP Writer

• Experience in asset management RFP Writing (a minimum of 4 years)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling priorities
